The Veil's ultimate medicine, and the last one to unlock: in a single draught it re-equips all three shield hearts and cures disease, all at once. It is what three Vital Heart and one Remedy Potion would do as separate pieces, solved in one use — and it costs 15 Essence, two more than those pieces bought apart. That surcharge is no oversight: it is the price of convenience, and it ended up becoming the rule that governs half the catalogue.

Heart of the Veil

Khron plus one stolen material — while disease, for as long as it lasts, multiplies every cooldown ×2, which means playing at half speed. The math to run before paying: a full refill bought as pieces is 13 Essence (three hearts at 3 plus the potion at 4); the Elixir is 15. If you are only down one heart, or only sick, the loose pieces always win — the Elixir earns its price when you come back wrecked outright: all three hearts gone AND the fever on top.
