The Veil Seal is the only relic in the game that comes off a workbench instead of out of the ground: you don't track it, you don't dig it, nothing drops it. It is crafted in order to be destroyed — its one purpose is the Ritual, the third stage of the Veil Path, the real lock on the portal into the final continent. You need four, the game refuses to let you craft a single one beyond what the Ritual asks for, and any Seal still in your bag when you cross the wall simply vanishes: the Seal belongs to THAT wall, not to your account.
