The first relic you ever dig up, and the one you will count the most. It is the dig branch's home material: the game uses it as that branch's unit of account, so it shows up in everything the early game touches — the Refined upgrade, the first Portal, even the bill for repairing your Claws. It sells for 5 Khron apiece, the lowest price in the catalog, but selling it all is the classic mistake: you will need it by the hundreds before you leave the Vale.
